The F4W Collar & Elbow Championship ranks second only to the prestige of the F4W European Championship. Bryan Alvarez won this belt in a BATTEL with Sweet 'n Sour Larry Sweeney and when the dethroned champion refused to hand over his title Alvarez created this one and dedicated it to the memory of Frank A. Gotch. Alvarez is the linear champion either until defeated by another Empire member or until the unification bout between Alvarez and Sweeney finally takes place.
